Hi, I'm a bit confused as per my birthday my lunar age is 35 yrs. In the prediction chart I got Aug 2020 as month to have baby boy and on another page of your site it shows sep 17- Oct 16, 2020 to conceive baby boy. So what is the correct one and does this means I need to have sex in August or sep/Oct ?

August 2020 refers to the lunar month. Chinese lunar August is from sep 17 to Oct 16 in 2020 in Gregorian Calendar. You should have sex between sep 17 and Oct 16.
