Hi Michelle,

Do you mean your finger nails have vertival lines on them? What's the color for them?

They are the reflections of your unhealthy condition. You may lack sleep or overstrain your nerves. You also may lack vitamin A in your body. So, eat more food that contains vitamin A such as apple, banana, pear, watermelon, spinach, cabbage, tomato etc. In addition, you need more protein to build you up.

If the situation couldn't be changed, you'd better go to the doctor to help.
