How to conceive a baby boy. ?

My birth date is 10.01.992. I heard somewhere that there is some calculations with the full moon(pournami)and half moon (amavasya).For example, if my ovalution date is near by the pournami date then i could conceive a baby boy where as if it is near by the amavasya date then its gonna be a baby girl.I am not sure if chinese calendar have the same?

I never heard that. I heard if your ovulation date occurs in the first half of the month in Chinese lunar calendar, you could conceive baby boy. If it's in the second half of the month, you will get girl.
