To conceive twins is mostly decided by if you have genes for twins. Having twins "in the family," particularly on the mother's side. If you already have twins, your chance increases at least 4x. The older you are, the more likely you are to have twins. If you are around 40, your chance is substantially higher, around 7%. If you are fat, you have more chances. Also, take vitamins, folic acid, more dairy and yams could increase the chance. In addition, let the doctor help.

The Chinese baby gender chart is not used for predicting best conceiving dates for twins. So, I couldn't offer you dates.
