i think,chart you are having is correct but in that you should not calculate conception lunar month as jan feb. . .dec. eg:if one concieved in jan month it will considered as 12th month in lunar.so we can't take 12th lunar month as dec.

The chart is handed down from Qing Dynasty over 300 years ago. It's based on the mother-to-be's Chinese lunar age at the time of conception and lunar conception month. In general if conception is in January, it falls on December in Chinese lunar month. So, you should check December in the chart. I'm not sure what's your problem. Could you give me the conception time and date of birth? I'll check the problem for you in detail.
