Favourable Facing of Front Door

Hi.
I am looking to get a new place and shared with my family members (elder sis, younger bro and parents). But we are all of different animal signs, different kua signs, which facing would be most favourable as the most inauspicious directions are good for my family members but they are not good for me.
1) Which direction on the house facing is recommended?
2) how can we reduce the negative areas for the infavourable directions/
3) If we need to do renovations when is the suitable period within the year to do it?
