what is the best time to move in to a rented flat

Hi, we are moving to a rented flat and we have an option to move in only on 24 feb and 25 feb 2017. My husband is year of the sheep born in 1979 and he is the one who signed the contract for the rented flat. I am a rabbit born in 1975. Pls advise which is auspicious date for us to move and also the timings. Thanks for ur advise
24th February is an auspicious date for moving into the flat for you. 25 Feb is not an auspicious date.
