My partner lossing lots of blood from a fight with my ex

I dreamt of my partner and my ex saying they wher fighting but i didn't see the fight,i only saw my partner heavily bleeding from the belly(pen wound) and the nose,there was lots of blood of him in the floor i even steped on it and he was weak. What does it mean?
