marriage line loaction and position

i have two marriage lines in my right hand the upper is shallow and slightly a minute curved downward as it looks like straight and the lower is straight but has a joint these are of equal lenghth towards palm but the lower is extending towards the back side of the hand.. what does it mean?
This is not a good sign in marriage life. It indicates you will at least get married twice or live in separate places after wedding but live together at last, or have a miserable marriage life. Just for your reference.
