My date of birth is 14.07.1981 and I would like to have a baby girl. I am a little bit confused with the 2017 leap month.

According to Chinese Gender Calendar, in rest of 2017 you will get a baby girl if you are conceived (your last period first date occurs) in the following periods:
Aug 22 - Sep 19 (37 lunar years old, 7th lunar month)
Oct 20 - Nov 17 (37 lunar years old, 9th lunar month)
Dec 18 - Dec 31 (37 lunar years old, 11th lunar month)
