I got a dream that someone is taking my blood from nerve under my tongue

I dreamt about someone is taking my blood with a pipe attaching to my nerve under my tongue and after i feel he got enough i took out pipe from my nerve, after that i am bleeding from my nerve which is open for long time and i am spitting my blood i am trying to stop bleeding by holding nerve, does anyone know about this

A day before i got another one, that we have 2 pet snakes we are feeding at home and we are attacked by another bigger snake and we are trying to hit the snake with the things, then it got escaped,
